This policy explains the general approach for cancellations and refunds related to UAE tourist visa inquiry services arranged through Visagator.
Before Processing Starts
If a cancellation request is received before any application review, document handling, or partner processing begins, the request may be eligible for cancellation subject to any applicable administrative charges.
After Processing Starts
Once processing, partner submission, appointment handling, or document review has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable because third-party and administrative costs may already have been incurred.
Visa Decisions
Visa approval is not guaranteed. Government, immigration, or partner decisions are outside Visagator’s direct control, and rejection by an authority does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
